Christ Community Church of Abrahamsville is a non-denominational, non-profit, non-affiliated Bible based Christian church.
At Christ Community Church of Abrahamsville, our mission is fivefold: Christian Hospitality, Passionate Worship, Intentional Faith Development, Risk-Taking Mission and Service, and Extravagant Generosity. We strive to create a welcoming environment for all who seek spiritual growth and connection.
We have a rich and long history starting in 1800 and still going strong today. If you are interested, click below to read more.
Our church is guided by Michele Galloway, along with the support of a dedicated pastoral team, who are committed to serving our congregation and community.
We value and encourage input from our congregants, as this information allows us to ensure we are meeting their spiritual needs, while staying true to the word and guidance found in the Bible.
We offer small group prayer from 8:45-9:15 am on Sundays, followed by our weekly Sunday worship service at 9:30 am in the church.
Communion is offered on the first Sunday of the month.
Join us weekly on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in person or online via Zoom. Each week we read scripture, and have a group discussion.
Contact us for the Zoom link.
We hold our Sunday school on Sundays at 8:45-9:15 am weekly. All age groups are welcome. Parents are welcome to attend, and are required to stay for any child under age 5.
We prefer you register your child before attending if possible so we can prepare for your child.
If you would like to know more about our Sunday school, please contact us.
Mission Statement: CCCOA Women of Faith is a community of women dedicated to spreading God's word. We are women who mentor and encourage one another in our faith. We care for those in need in our community and bring others to know Christ.
Women of Faith meet on the first Monday of the month at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Cafe. We support our community by hosting meals, reaching out to those who may be ill, homebound, or just going through a hard time.
Christ Community Church of Abrahamsville Men of Faith is a group of men who dedicate their time to devotion, building strong fellowship, and encouraging one another in faith. They meet on the 3rd Saturday of the Month, usually at the Eagle View, at 8:30 am for breakfast and fellowship.
No registration is required, simply come join the group for a good meal and conversation.
Creative Hands is a group that was started in 2023, for those who have various interests in creating with our hands. We create works such as embroidery, slow stitch, wool applique, watercolor painting, knitting, crochet, and crossed stitch to name a few.
We meet the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 5:00 pm in the Fellowship Cafe. Come check it out and bring whatever you are working on.
We share fellowship and good fun!
Our Fellowship Cafe is located below the church and is run by the Men of Faith group, with help from our community. It is a comfortable space that provides a welcoming and social environment for people to connect, pray, share a meal, and build relationships.
Join us for coffee, meals, conversation, and mutual support.
See our community calendar for upcoming fellowship meals, which are usually the first Saturday of the month, at 12:00 pm.
A "cantata" is a vocal composition, usually with instrumental accompaniment, similar to a choir, but a church cantata or sacred cantata is intended for performance during a Christian liturgy.
Each year members of the church perform an Easter cantata and a Christmas cantata. In addition to performing at the church, the singers go to area nursing homes and share the musical Good News of Christ's birth and resurrection. For independence Day, they sing patriotic songs for nursing home residents and those in the area who cannot get outside.
You don't need to be a great singer to join our cantata, just a passion to let your voice be heard for the Lord.
A practical and humbling act of service is to join our custodial team to help keep our church clean and looking beautiful.
We offer FREE Vacation Bible School each year, taking place the last week of July, so mark your calendars for 2026! Don't miss out on all the fun!
This year at this VBS, the kids explored the biblical answers to questions as they set off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation. Amid sloths, butterflies, river dolphins, and dart frogs, the children sailed along on a fun jungle cruise, stopping at seven ports of call, all related to Bible stories.
They had lots of fun as they went out on The Great Jungle Journey!
We offer many ways to connect in our community.
